Welcome to Behind the Art of Beauty, a blog to reflect the beauty that resides within each of us while embracing the messy and showcasing the imperfect. A celebration of every woman. A safe space to open the conversation on self care, wellness and the winding path of life's journey. I want to bring a healthier view to how standard beauty is perceived in our society along with discussing a variety of topics that affect each and every one of us. Along the way, share pieces of my story, the journey of being an artist, a woman in business and many other facets of the road I have traveled.
I have a love of stories and over the course of the past 15 years I have met so many incredible woman that have sat in my makeup chair and shared their stories with me. To all of you that have inspired me and walked with me it has been an honor and I am looking forward to sharing that here.
My mission as a makeup artist is to help you feel beautiful inside and out. I have a love for the Red Carpet, natural beauty techniques and keeping things simple.
